To celebrate our official cooperation with Pamizard Pokémon Place Forums, I decided to make a contest. The first official contest of the forum!

As stated in the topic title, this is a Photoshop contest. In this contest, you can make a funny, random, pretty or other image with Photoshop (or, GIMP, CS2, Paint, etc. Your choice).

The contest will consist out of three rounds; a nomination round, a voting round and a final round. In the nomination round, you can nominate your image by posting the URL on this thread. In the first voting round, you can vote on one of the images. The three images with the most votes at the end of the voting round will pass on to the final round. The voting works the same as in the first voting round, and the image with the most votes wins. It's that simple.

There are also some rules for this contest;

1. One image, one vote.
You can only upload one image, and you can only vote once per round. No questions about this.

2. The image has to be made by you.
This is a Photoshop contest. No Google Images contest. You have to make the image you are going to upload. You don't have to make a piece of art if you don't want/can't do. A funny yet simple image can be enough.

3. No voting on yourself!
Do you really need explanation for this? Of course you vote on someone different than yourself.

4. No rude things.
Also self-explanatory. You are not allowed to make something just for insulting someone. There is a world of difference between funny and hurting.

5. You have to follow these formats;

Nominating an image;
Your image's URL - by: your username.

Voting on an image;
I vote on the image that _______ made.

All you have to do is replacing '_' with the appropriate username.

6. DON'T UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE!
I don't want this thread getting messed up by giant images, so you have to post your URL. That will make it a lot easier to check everything out for me.

7. Nominations/votes after the round ended will be ignored.

7a. Round 1 ends on 11-03-2010 [DD-MM-YYYY]
7b. Round 2 ends on 16-03-2010 [DD-MM-YYYY]
7c. Round 3 ends on 21-03-2010 [DD-MM-YYYY]

Can be both. You can make a funny image if you want to, but you can also make a really beautiful image. And there is also the possibility to combine those two. But it's pretty impressive if you manage to make a piece of art that is actually funny.
