Can you recruit him? By killing him repeatedly right?

I almost never stealed from him without a warp seed, since you need pokemons of level 100 almost, even if I had them, I just didn't liked them.
But stealing from hime is always fun, altoughhundereds of them apear.

he has a -49.5 chance of recruitment so you need lv90-100, golden mask and fast fried to get a 0.5 chance of recruitment. I once stole from kecleon without a pure seed with darkrai (thank god!) and after a couple of reviver seeds, I managed to escape. I can also kill them with night shade. Some dungeons have good items.
