"Sprite shops are places where you can request something (a banner, for example) and the shop owner will make that for you. As posted in the rules, you have to use a request format. You just post the images and text in your request, and from those things the shop owner will make your requested art. Art can be everything. It can be a banner, fan art, drawn art, a custom sprite, etc. It all depends on what the shop owner has to offer. There are multiple shops and they all have different owners and art. Just check out what you like. It's your choice."
