Hi and welcome to this tournament thread.I came up to an idea to make a tournament that have rules like Elite Four in the game.This tournament will hold up in Shoddy as well.The rules include:

• Use a monotype team,The format of the team can either 6/0, 5/1 , or 4/2.(From what type you decide as the theme)
  
• You can choose what type you use however only 2 player allowed to have same theme typing on each type (including the challenger)
  
• The first four participant (including me) will be the Elite Four,the other will be the challenger.Any challenger that can beat all 4 elite four will be the Champion.The elite four can also challenge other Elite Four to get the Champion status
  
• Elite four will be divided into four stages like in the game,The level is depend of how many challenger the Elite Four have beaten.The first Elite Four to face is the weakest and the last is the strongest
  
• Everytime the Elite Four is beaten by Challenger,their level is drop down by 1,Example:If the weakest Elite Four is beaten by his challenger,the Elite four will lose it's E4 status and become challenger and the winning Challenger is guaranteed to have a seats in E4
  
• Uber is not allowed
  

To start with I think we need 5 participant,consist of 4 to be the E4 and one as a challenger

you can have maximum 2 wild card like the rule say,6/0, 5/1 , or 4/2

Oh! so the wild cards can be anything non uber?

Actually I think I could make a fairly strong team for this since I have experience with rain dance teams. My last rain dance team was almost perfect (unfortunately someone else later perfected it and I since haven't found a way to make improvements really).

First we need 5 participant.Then,we organize schedule for a match,the participant need to battle all 4 other participant,then the E4 status is determined from 4 people who get the best win record

Does the challenger have to use a monotype team or can they use any sort of OU team?

Why don't we just start battling within each other anyway?

That could at least give us an order right?
